Evaluates and makes recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for telecommunications programs within the area of responsibility (AOR) of HQ US Army Pacific (USARPAC) G6, Communication and Information Networks and Joint / Coalition Network.
Develops plans, policies, and procedures; defines and implements requirements; directs operations; and manages telecommunications programs for command, control, communications, computers, and information management (C4IM) with USARPAC G6 AOR.
Provides oversight and management of 40 plus Theater level exercises and all associated Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events.
Represents USARPAC G6 as telecommunications expert and technical authority at conferences, boards, committees, panels, and reviews.
