Responsibilities Include:

• Organization, motivation, and implementation of a plan to meet staffing needs determined by the Owner/Operator
• Partner with the Leadership Team to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving customer experience goals
• Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members
• Coach, motivate, and set/ reinforce expectations for Team Members
• Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Ensure Team Members are empowered to execute "Second Mile Service"
• Provide support within the restaurant to meet operational business needs
