Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Analysis and Rates
Salary: $175,000 - $195,000/year, commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Requires CA residency and on-site work in Redwood City, CA 1x/week. Employees will be expected to travel to attend in-person meetings on a monthly to quarterly basis at the Peninsula Clean Energy office in Redwood City, CA. This position will also require periodic in-person site visits with projects located within San Mateo County.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a new position on the Finance Team. The Strategic Analysis and Rates Senior Manager works under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the development of and execution of PCE’s rate setting initiatives and manages rate design and implementation. This (new) position is responsible for coordinating the internal and external information necessary to develop rates and tariffs. Strong candidates will have significant rate design experience, knowledge of energy products, familiarity with rate structures, an understanding of utility rules and experience working in the energy industry.
In addition to all rate setting responsibilities, the Strategic Analysis and Rates Senior Manager also leads the analysis and possible implementation of key PCE strategic projects and initiatives and makes informed, data driven and recommendations to the management team and Board of Directors on the initiatives that have financial impacts on the organization.
