```Responsibilities```
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems
- Perform user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation
- Provide training and support to end users on system functionality

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, R, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of database design principles and SQL queries
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Visio or Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $84,909.58 - $102,256.70 per year
