    Responsibilities
    • VTC Support.  Perform tracking, inventory functions, and scheduling for classified and unclassified command VTC systems.   
    • Document, update, and maintain processes, policies, and instructions to support command users with VTC functions.   
    • Develop and maintain the VTC schedule, and coordinate necessary trouble tickets, repairs, and upgrades to command VTC systems.   
    • Report findings, trends, cost information, and analysis to the CNSP CIO/D-CIO and designated staff POCs. 
    • Command Phone Program Support.  Perform tracking, inventory functions, and trouble ticket coordination for command cell and landline phones.   
    • Develop procedures and documentation to assist in user self-sufficiency and operations.   
    • Report findings, trends, cost information, and analysis to the CNSP CIO/D-CIO and designated staff POC. 
    • Command Cable TV and Commercial Internet Support.  Perform tracking and recording of invoices related to command cable TV and commercial Internet costs and functions. 


    Requirements
    • Required Security Clearance: Secret  
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. 
    • Strong leadership, organizational, planning, communication, and time management skills; the ability to multi-task and work against strict deadlines is critical. 
    • Strict attention to detail – must be detail oriented. 
    • Availability and willingness to lift materials up to 50 lbs., and perform squatting, kneeling, and extended standing. 
    • Ability to travel occasionally. 
    • Must have CompTIA Security or IAT level 2
