Telecommunications Director is responsible for the strategic planning and design of an organization's telecommunications systems. Develops policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Director plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Director trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. The Role
Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with a "hunter" style approach to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The Sales Director will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Measured Metrics and Review ScheduleYour first review will be 90 days after your start date, then a six-month check-in and a development review annually in January for the duration of your employment. If the results of a review are unsatisfactory, more frequent reviews may be scheduled to monitor improvements. If assigned improvement goals are not reached, a warning schedule may be implemented including the possibility of termination. 2024: $85,000 Annual Base Bonus Potential: 1.65% of all sales in the house, faire, corporate categories (4.3) salary potential of $156,000.
