Telecommunications Director is responsible for the strategic planning and design of an organization's telecommunications systems. Develops policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Director plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Director trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Telecommunications Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     The Underground Cocktail Club Is Coming to Nashville! 

    This will be the first Underground Cocktail Club in Nashville, The Underground nightclub, which is located in Chicago, opened over 15 years ago. In 2021, the Underground Cocktail Club was debuted in Chicago. The venues are known for attracting celebrities such as Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, David Beckham, Ludacris, Michael Jordan, John Mayer, John Legend and Miley Cyrus. 
     
    Underground Cocktail Club Nashville is currently seeking a talented Beverage Director to be part of a world class nightclub. 

    The Beverage Director oversees all beverage programs for The Underground and Cocktail Club from planning to execution. Manage the day-to-day operations, supervise, and delegate responsibilities among staff, organize schedules and activities, set objectives and guidelines, monitor inventories to ensure an adequate supply of beverages, and coordinate with suppliers to purchase orders, building positive business relationships in the process. Monitors operations and resolves issues promptly and professionally, all while implementing policies and regulations.

    Qualifications for Beverage Director 
    • Culinary degree is preferred but not necessary.
    • Great organizational skills
    • Ability to forecast and write a budget.
    • Team orientated and collaborative.
    • Ability to delegate tasks.
    • Great leadership abilities
    • Deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry
    • Customer and employee-oriented mindset
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
    • Ability to create reports to give to ownership.
    • Prior experience as a General Manager or Beverage Director with multi-state experience
