1. Provide guidance to the team and technical guidance to IT leadership.
2. Perform technical evaluations of systems and projects.
3. Address, propose, design software solutions to address complex business telecommunication needs.
4. Installing, configuring, and maintaining telecom call center systems and software, such as IVR, ACD, CTI, CRM, etc.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to telecom call center operations, performance, and security.
6. Designing and implementing enhancements and upgrades to improve telecom call center functionality and efficiency.
7. Prepare technical and procedural documentation.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
9. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
10. Review coding, testing, and documentation of software.
11. Apply modern principles, methods and tools to business initiatives and capabilities.
12. Optimize systems in compliance with the required performance.
1. Ensure minimal cost and promote simplification
13. Prepare functional analysis. 
14. Implement detailed engineering projects (examples: layout installation, configuration, support...)
15. Support and assist Telecommunications and Service Desk staff as required.
16. Provide management with daily, weekly and monthly metrics

The expected salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 annually. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
