Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Manager to join our team. As a Telecommunications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our telecommunication projects. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, computer skills and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and effective operation of the telecommunication projects
- Manage and coordinate telecommunications projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunication projects with other business functions
- Monitor and maintain the performance of telecommunication projects, identifying and resolving any issues or disruptions
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to telecommunications services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with programs and software such as word, excell, PDF, reading and building KMZs, DWfs, Auto desk and more.
- Proven experience in managing telecommunication projects in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, project coordination, construction management, project scheduling, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
