Telecommunications Engineering Technician assists telecommunication engineers in the design and analysis of telecommunication networks. Creates plans and drawings detailing the layout of routers, circuits, cables, switches, or other telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Engineering Technician ensures network connectivity for end-users. May evaluate existing networks and recommend design changes to improve performance. Additionally, Telecommunications Engineering Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Telecommunications Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Description
The FSE Technician will provide hands-on technical support to operating and newly constructed wind farms, taking direction from the Field Support Engineer. You will provide technical support to multiple wind farms within a specific region and may travel to other regions as needed to support technical operations.
