Additionally, Telecommunications Engineering Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Telecommunications Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     The Role :

    In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our team of experienced technicians, assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.

    You'll be responsible for following all safety protocols, using specialized tools and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

    You'll Need :

    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Record
    • Ability to Work at Heights & in Adverse Weather
    • Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
    • Willingness to Learn & Take on Challenges

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Reliable transportation
    • Certifications including OSHA, First Aid, CPR
    • Some prior tower / telecommunications experience (not required)
    • Mechanical / technical aptitude
    • Problem-solving abilities
