    • Lead major system upgrades, and maintenance windows, across voice infrastructure to maximize uptime and service quality. Evaluate and make build/buy/partner recommendations on emerging voice/unified communications innovations to drive digital transformation.
    • Ensure compliance with telecom policies, regulations (e.g. CPNI, CALEA), security practices, and service level agreements.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale voice/unified communications engineering organizations.
    • Extensive expertise as a hands-on technical leader across the full Cisco Voice portfolio - CUCM, Unity, Contact Center, Voice Gateways, etc.
    • Proven mastery of voice/data networking technologies - VoIP, SIP, MPLS, QoS, Analog/Digital voice circuits, TDM to SIP migrations
    • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical discipline; MBA or master's degree preferred.
    • This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic direction with deep technical acumen across the voice/unified communications domain. The successful candidate will be a strong people manager able to attract, develop, and inspire a team of top engineering talent.
