Autonomous Systems Engineering is looking for a Walkout Specialist to support feasibility/data collection project in Amarillo, TX. ASE takes great pride in offering Walkout/Engineering solutions that meet the growing telecommunications industry. We are seeking individuals who are self motivated and enjoy working outdoors. This position starts as Part Time 20 hours a week and will require driving within a 1 -1.5 hour radius of the Amarillo, TX area. Telecom experience required.
JOB SUMMARY
Walkout Specialists travel from location to location measuring routes and monuments in the path of telecommunication lines. These specialists will input information in computer software and programs while averaging 2-3 miles a day in the Amarillo area.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
You are detail orientated and pay great attention to numbers/accuracy.
You like to work outside.
You have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
You are a self starter and are self motivated.
You are knowledgeable/competent in using maps, Ipads, tablets and can learn computer programs quickly.
Telecommunications/Utility background preferred.
