Telecommunications Manager manages an organization's telecommunication systems to ensure optimal network performance. Implements and enforces policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Manager plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Manager trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Telecommunications Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Role :

    In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our team of experienced technicians, assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.

    You'll be responsible for following all safety protocols, using specialized tools and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

    You'll Need :

    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Record
    • Ability to Work at Heights & in Adverse Weather
    • Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
    • Willingness to Learn & Take on Challenges

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Reliable transportation
    • Certifications including OSHA, First Aid, CPR
    • Some prior tower / telecommunications experience (not required)
    • Mechanical / technical aptitude
    • Problem-solving abilities
