Telecommunications Manager manages an organization's telecommunication systems to ensure optimal network performance. Implements and enforces policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Manager plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Manager trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Telecommunications Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for a Project manager for new products and Lab to join our team.

    The impact you will have:

    • Customer lab test bed configuration management in internal labs.
    • Customer lab test bed prioritization and scheduling in internal labs.
    • Customer lab planning and management for new technologies and key feature validation.
    • Internal lab license management.
    • New product roadmap support and planning for US customers (both internal and external).
    • New product planning for HW delivery to labs.
    • New product regulatory certification scheduling and management.
    • Manages customer deliverables from the internal labs to meet customer expectations.

    What we are looking for:

    • Engineering or Management Undergrad Degree from an accredited university (advanced degree is a plus).
    • Minimum 5 years in Project/Product Management related activities.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications Projects.
    • Previously management of a lab environment.
    • Strong background and technical knowledge in 4G and 5G networks in wireless technologies.
    • Background in managing multiple projects and/or activities simultaneously.
    • Experience in developing and managing outside vendors.
    • Experience working and coordinating activities from multiple groups.
    • In-direct Personnel Management experience.
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft and other Project Management Tools
