IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Telecommunications Analyst to provide technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance.

Tasks

• Manage Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.
• Manage Mitel, VoIP, PBX and ACD.
• Telecommunication Company management.
• Smart phone support.
• AirWatch management.
• Apple Business Management.
• Video conferencing account management.
• Supporting and installing telephones, cell phones and other video conferencing solutions.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution.

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid - 1 day/week on-site. In-state day travel in State-owned vehicle expected)

Contract: 1 years

Skills Required:

• 2-5 years - Experience with Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
• 2-5 years - Experience with Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc.)
• 2-5 years - Experience with Mobile device support and Management
• 2-5 years - Experience with Networking/Telecommunication Concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc.)
• 2-5 years Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure

Skills Desired A plus to have:

• Experience with Cisco
• Experience with Mitel
• Experience with Zoom
• Experience with AirWatch
• Experience with Apple Business Management
• Experience with Microsoft
