Telecommunications Supervisor oversees a team of specialists to support the maintenance of an organization's telecommunications system. Coordinates the installation and repairs of telecommunication equipment. Being a Telecommunications Supervisor manages and delegates work orders and assignments. Helps solve and troubleshoot complex issues to mitigate the impact on the performance of the network. Additionally, Telecommunications Supervisor identifies and implements process improvements and leads the implementation of new technologies. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. FSS is currently hiring low voltage technicians to travel regionally doing network installations at fortune 100 retailers. Our technicians travel about 80% of the time. Deployments could be 1-2 weeks on smaller jobs, 3-5 weeks on larger installs. FSS looks for professional team members with positive attitudes and strong work ethics. To ensure success working for FSS you must have great communication and a willingness to always learn more. Current roles available range from helper technician willing to train in the field, technician and lead technician.

Who we're looking for- Someone who has 3 years in the field of telecommunications
- Someone who has telecom installation experience, certifications are a plus
