Telecommunications Technician maintains an organization's telecommunications network to ensure dependable operation. Monitors network systems and performs diagnostic tests to document and report performance levels. Being a Telecommunications Technician conducts routine checks and preventative maintenance to minimize malfunctions and downtime. Troubleshoots telecommunication issues and performs or coordinates repairs. Additionally, Telecommunications Technician may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Telecommunications Technician works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. 4th Shift; Friday 3 : 00am-3 : 00pm, Saturday-Sunday 5 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Accurately and efficiently pick orders
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
- Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
- Coordinate site damage / re-pour area
- Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
- Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors or pallet handling equipment, order pickers, high lifts, forklifts, or cherry pickers
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience order picking and entering orders including data entry and scanning bar codes
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment
