About Us: GR Consumers Credit Union is currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional part-time teller to join our team. As a member-focused financial institution, we are dedicated to providing high-quality service to our members and fostering lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional member service by actively listening to member needs and offering appropriate products and services.

- Conduct various member service transactions, including but not limited to processing savings accounts, checking accounts, loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and cashier's checks.

- Effectively cross-sell credit union products and services to deepen member relationships.

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions following established policies and procedures.

- Utilize CU*Answers experience to enhance job performance (CU*Answers experience is a plus).

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or financial institution role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with CU*Answers is a plus.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position. The specific work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
