Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute: territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and target: potential customers within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain: strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Utilize CRM systems: to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Collaborate: with internal teams to provide technical sales support, training, and mentorship and ensure customer satisfaction
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related sales industry.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems is highly desirable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
