Position Overview:
As a Territory Manager specializing in car warranty sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with car dealerships within your assigned territory. Leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge, you will promote our suite of warranty products, educate dealership staff on their benefits, and ultimately drive sales to achieve targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target car dealerships and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership decision-makers, including owners, general managers, and sales managers.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for dealership staff to enhance their understanding of our warranty offerings and selling techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to support dealership needs and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Track sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends using CRM tools to provide regular reporting and analysis to management.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related field.
Strong understanding of car warranty products and their value proposition.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
This role with require occasional overnight travel.
