We are seeking a Business to Business Sales Territory Manager to join our team! Quick advancement to a leadership position is very realistic within 6 months. This is a performance-based, commission paid position with monthly and quarterly cash and stock bonuses providing an immediate income.

Responsibilities:

• Present and offer supplemental benefits to business owners and their employees
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Set and reach agreed upon sales targets and goals
• Attend training and agency meetings
• Maintain relationships and service current customers

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality, comfortable talking to others
• Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
• Self-disciplined and personal drive
• Previous experience in face to face B2B sales is preferred
