Position: Test and Balance Technician - Level I

Summary: As a Level I Test and Balance Technician, you will collaborate with a team to complete test and balancing projects successfully. Under the guidance of a certified TAB technician, project manager, or lead technician, you will contribute to the essential duties and responsibilities of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all internal and external safety policies
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Assist in performing test, adjustment, and balancing work on projects
• Support lead technician in documenting test and balance reports
• Assist in preparing preliminary and final field balancing logs
• Contribute to written reports on system installation function and design deficiencies
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
• Manage time sheets and expense reports
• Expand knowledge through self-study and company training programs
