Test Engineer interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Being a Test Engineer assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Documents and analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Additionally, Test Engineer ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards. Requires a bachelor's degree of Engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Test Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Perform tasks involving physical labor for telecommunications construction projects. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris. May assist the CM’s and their crews and the Project Manager/CEO President within the TEST Communications organization.

Read, understand, and sign company policies (First Day)
Begin and complete 1st aid course (First Day)
Begin and complete RF awareness, OSHA10, FA/CPR/AED/BBP courses (First 2 days)
Pick up and/or deliver materials.
Setting cabinets, trenching and electrical work
Help assist the crews as needed.
Supply with materials and tools needed to carry out a job.
Watch underground utilities while the foreman trenches.
Rake, shovel, and lift over 50 lbs.
Install conduit and pull cable.
Maintain clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Properly follow all safety procedures and policies
Complete any other tasks or duties assigned by CM’s and/or project manager.
Daily reports and vehicle reports
Proper equipment label & assembly
Proper Photos and documentation
Proper load securing for pick-up and delivery.
Proper & safe use of forklift
Material handling & storage
Equipment power and signal connections
Weatherproofing & equipment grounding
Warehouse Storage & organization
Operate all hand and power tools.
Ability to trouble shoot and good interpersonal skills are keys for success in this role.
High school Diploma or G.E.D.
Must have electrical experience
6 months - 1 year experience
Knowledge of wireless communication infrastructure required
Knowledge of radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, and electronic theory and principles preferred
Civil construction background helpful
Ability to use hand tools.
Technical Understanding/Ability
Previous telecommunications experience helpful
Valid driver’s license
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be available to work any shift
The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight(s)
