MOHR Test and Measurement is a manufacturer of highly sensitive and versatile electronic test instruments. The office is seeking a detail oriented and experienced Parts Purchasing Clerk. The Parts Purchasing Clerk will work alongside the Production team to order, ship and receive parts and supplies for product research and manufacturing for MOHR’s various testing equipment. The Parts Purchasing Clerk will also be responsible for purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory and other miscellaneous office needs.
A successful candidate will
have most of the following qualifications:
· Previous experience in purchasing parts and monitoring inventory
· Familiarity with standard shipping and receiving
· Knowledge of general office procedures and etiquette. This would include answering phones, organizing, filing, and organizing inventory.
· Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
· Demonstrated computer skills (familiar with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Gmail)
· Detail oriented
· Good organizational skills
· Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
· 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Position Responsibilities:
· Answer telephone calls and take messages/transfer calls, greet guests at front door, maintain visitor Log and answer Receiving door
· Order items for the office/overhead (i.e. toilet paper, janitorial cleaning supplies, office
supplies, office equipment/furniture, tools, etc.)
· Back up the Sales Coordinator, as needed
· Maintain both electronic and paper copies of calibration certificates and records
· Receive, monitor and distribute all incoming packages for the company
