Test Engineer interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Being a Test Engineer assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Documents and analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Additionally, Test Engineer ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards. Requires a bachelor's degree of Engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Test Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. About You
You will work with various customers to provide test automation solutions for the applications ranging from home grown systems to product implementations, identify the test automation possibilities, evaluate tools base with customers and recommend a strategy most suitable to achieve customers’ goals to achieve quality. You will be working with the practice to increase the base, quality and skills of the resources in your team and department by identifying the training needs and coordinating, conducting them.
