Leading and supervising a team of engineers and test technicians.
Developing testers, testing products, modifying tester hardware, modifying tester software, and creating solutions to technical problems.
Managing the process of gathering requirements, documentation, design, build, validation, implementation, change control, version control, and quality assurance of testing devices.
Co-developing test systems with customers or implementing existing customer-developed test systems.
Managing the implementation of appropriate testing traceability in coordination with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Performing yield and tester quality analysis to implement continuous improvements.
Managing the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies.
Acting as an advisor to the test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Hiring, training, and mentoring other engineers and supporting staff.
