Additionally, Test Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Test Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Test and Validation Engineering, Manager
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers responsible for post-silicon electrical validation and debug on mixed-signal PCIe SerDes IP
- Oversee the development of evaluation scripts, validating circuit block behavior, evaluating results, and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environment
- Manage schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of validation activities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop test plans and analysis
Requirements:- B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 8 years of experience in silicon validation of high speed SerDes
- Experience with script-based test automation and strong scripting skills in general
- Hands on debug experience with high-speed oscilloscopes, BERTs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with issue and task tracking through Jira/Confluence/Kanban
- Experience with software version control systems such as Perforce
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $136,000 to $204,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
