• Demonstrate and promote the company vision and mission; promote company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customer
• Continually strive to improve the quality of work we provide to our clients through existing and new technologies
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. Communicate professionally, timely and clearly to co-workers, including "intra" and "inter" departmental employees.
• Interact with Interco Representatives at sister labs to coordinate sample logistics, RUSH requests, answer questions and inquire about results.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean laboratory and work environment
• Answer phones and respond to incoming client email requests for services; communicating statues and TAT; communicating to lab client requirements and requests
• Receive and resolve client concerns and complaints; enter issues into complaint management systerm; work with laboratory management to assist with resolution
• Receive and manage incoming client orders for supplies
• Assist with registration of incoming client samples
• Assist with preparation of samples to be sent to sister labs or other contract labs for subcontracted work

• High School Diploma
• Proficient with computers and programs (Excel, Outlook)
• Facilitate work cooperatively and independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing and positive personality

Monday- Friday, 9am- 5:30pm

Pay Range: $18/Hr.- $20/Hr.
