May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes. Additionally, Testing Technician, Sr. requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment. ```Duties```
- Assist Ophthalmologists in diagnostic tests and procedures, such as tonometry, visual field testing, and retinal imaging. Experience with this is helpful but not required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment.
- Clean and maintain ophthalmic equipment and instruments
- Manage patient flow in the clinic

-Ability to learn the machines and carry out the tests in a timely but accurate manner.
- Aseptic technique: Ability to maintain a sterile environment during testing.
- Ophthalmology: Knowledge of ophthalmic diseases, treatments, and procedures is helpful but not required.
