Job Summary | The Ticket Sales and Event Operations student staff at the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center at Auburn University is a part-time year-round position available to Auburn University students. Reporting to the Patron Services Manager, these students will be responsible for assisting patrons with ticket purchases and customer inquiries, in person or on the phone, will call, and assisting visitors to find concessions, restrooms and their seats at performances. Special events assistance include equipment set-up, execution and break-down for rentals, rehearsals, and performances held in the Woltosz Theatre, Amphitheatre at the City of Auburn Lawn and Porch, and Gogue Center auxiliary spaces. Events include but are not limited to: concerts, plays, musicals, festivals, luncheons, university programs & events, and facility rentals. This position will also act as welcoming ambassadors of the Gogue Performing Arts Center to patrons, donors, special guests and visiting artists exemplifying superior hospitality and customer service. |
