Job Summary:
The Account Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the General Manager and Catering Sales Managers on all sales and client activity. He /she will provide general administrative support as needed to the GM and OP office. S/he must work closely with the GM in promoting the Company’s culture, mission and philosophy. In addition to the primary responsibilities, this position is also responsible for on site private events, social media, marketing, and HR. · Bank and credit card reconciliations
· Prepare checks, payment and bank deposits
· Verifying pricing on all purchases
· Managing AR collections
· Invoicing restaurant and catering customers
· Balance Daily Register receipts
· Foster favorable Employee, Customer, and Vendor Relations
· Maintain and organize all files including archiving previous years in a clearly identified, easily retrievable manner.
· Managing day to day running of the office
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Ordering and managing all office supplies
· HR responsibilities such as posting ads, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, managing employee files, employee benefits, days off requests, organizing company parties, birthday celebrations etc.
