Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ordering new merchandise as needed. Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory and track sales performance of different card collections.

Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for customers, offering expert advice on sports card collecting, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

Visual Merchandising: Oversee the layout and presentation of merchandise in-store, ensuring a visually appealing and organized shopping environment that showcases the unique features of each card collection.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including promotions, events, and collaborations with local sports communities or influencers.

Marketing and Outreach: Work closely with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and other promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and health and safety regulations.

Financial Management: Monitor store performance against budgetary targets, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty or collectibles store.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Deep knowledge and passion for sports card collecting, with a keen eye for market trends and player values.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,858.16 - $48,001.23 per year
