Position Summary:
Our Call Center Legal Assistants serve as a direct point of contact answering incoming calls from potential clients to quote legal fees for services related to traffic tickets and driver's license issues in a call center environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones- Data Entry- Customer Service- Light clerical work
