Job Summary

The Management team is the leader of All-Season Sports Academy si responsible for leading the operations and profitability of the facility, delivering on company strategic priorities, excellent member experience, managing Staff Members and developing talent, and ensuring a safe and positive environment and experience for Staff Members and customers.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Effectively leads the team by managing with vision and purpose, clearly communicating and giving direction and validating results.

• Creates an environment and culture where team members feel challenged, know how to be successful, are encouraged to do their best, and are recognized for their accomplishments.

• Manages staff and builds a strong bench by encouraging team member growth and development, holding team members accountable, having difficult conversations, and providing honest and actionable feedback.

• Learns quickly and adapts to change. Effectively communicates to team members to enable them to do their jobs effectively by sharing necessary information, explaining the "why's" , and keeping messaging simple.

• Exhibits strong decision-making capabilities that support the achievement of facility operational goals and objectives.

• Meets planned profit objectives through effective techniques, technological improvements and productivity enhancements. Monitors expenses and adjusts expenditures as necessary ot

achieve profit objectives.

• Handle high profile customer relations issues.

• Maintain and order all supplies needed for the facility's functioning and success.

Responsibilities

1) Schedule all emplovee's

2) Open/Close Sports Complex when needed

3) Ordering supplies

4) Making sure the Sports Complex is clean

5) Oversee Tournaments

6) Hire / Fire Employee's

7) Working as an Employee when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• South Plainfield, NJ 07080: Relocate before starting work (Required)
