Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide employee orientation and training to new hires
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with diverse customers
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide information or direct calls as needed
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing on products

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
