The Carolina Plain League is looking for a Manager of Ticket Sales for our Greenville Baseball Club.

Manager of Ticket Sales Responsibilities:

• Sales focused position, with an emphasis on season tickets, mini packs, and groups.
• Assist in the selling of small corporate partnerships.
• Make 60-70 touchpoints (calls/emails/texts) a day to individuals and companies.
• Handle incoming ticket calls, provide customer service to current and potential ticket package holders.
• Develop new customers and maintain a positive relationship with current ticket holders, including answering questions, troubleshooting, taking and following through on orders, and arranging for invoicing.
• Effectively meet or exceed individual and team ticket goals by prospecting for new inside/outside sales accounts through contacts, calls, and emails.
• Help manage ticket information in the ticketing system, assist with data entry, run ticketing reports, and keep records current and accurate using the CRM Software.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability.
• Provide in-office and game-day support in ticket resolution, customer service and will call.
• Represent the team at various networking events and participate in other outside, community events, as defined by the team.
• Work all home games and ballpark events.

• Minimum of one (1) Year Sales experience preferred
