Job Summary:
Ticket Office Sales Agents at Winter Sports, Inc provide exemplary service and information regarding all activities and amenities at the ski resort. Situated within the Guest Information and Services department, they serve as the primary Information Center for Whitefish Mountain Resort. Ticket Office Sales Agents sell summer activities (Aerial Adventure Park, Zip Line Tours, Alpine Slide, Scenic Lift, Bike Park Lift, Spider Monkey Mountain, Strider Bike Park), season passes, seasonal programs, lockers, parking, and events. In addition, they handle phone and email inquiries for the resort, along with managing lost and found items. They operate primarily from the 2nd floor of the Base Lodge, with satellite work stations available throughout the resort.
