We are looking for an experienced & organized Event Coordinator to join our team. This position includes a variety or responsibilities taking each event from the initial inquiry all the way to the followup after the conclusion of a successfully executed event, so experience in both sales and operations is a must. Time management, organization, the ability to multitask and keep up with the all the different facets of the job is required to be successful in this position. The ideal candidate connects with clients, making them feel heard, and shows them how their vision can be realized in our venue. It is important to continue that level of attention to detail and care in the entire planning process, working out all the details and recording them appropriately, communicating with kitchen staff, event staff, vendors, and the client until the final “good night!”
The right person for this position is self motivated, can manage themselves and their schedule to maintain the balance of reliable on site presence during “normal” business hours with availability to give tours of the venue during evening/weekend hours when potential clients are available.
