    As an Office Manager for Outreach Health (OH), you are responsible for managing, performing, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the branch offices, directing and coordinating with various teams, ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner, empowering leaders to make smart business decisions about solving problems and care management. You will find a balance between budget allowance and operational costs, be proficient with all aspects of operating systems and workflow, and track and maintain high business performance.


    Essential Job Functions


    • Works with the Staffing Specialist to ensure job openings are promptly posted in Talent Reef as well as any other available recruiting sites
    • Screen, onboard new hires, train, supervise, evaluate performance, counsel, and correct and /or recommend termination of all clerical office staff
    • Supervises clerical staff and overall activities within the office, assists in orientation for new staff employees and maintains employee personnel records, and creates and orders name badges for all staff employees
    • Ensures that the facility is secure at the end of day, and serves as a backup to assist non-clerical staff
    • Monitors proper usage of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Reason codes
    • Provides technical assistance and monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of paperwork
    • Ensures compliance with state and federal standards, licensure rules and regulation
    • Distributes and tracks company equipment and maintains an inventory of OH equipment and supplies, and coordinates building maintenance and repair of office and non-office equipment
    • Prepares and submits staff payroll for processing, tracks petty cash expenditures, and submits original invoices for payment and reconciles accounts payable
    • Prepares reports necessary to monitor productivity and budget control, maintains a knowledge-base of unit budget and assists Administrator with controlling costs, and monitors and corrects accounts receivable aging problems
    • Any other duties as deemed necessary by the direct Supervisor/Manager

    Required Skills, Education, Certification, License, and/or Experience


    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED with a year of experience in an office setting
    • Skills in problem-solving/ interpersonal communication
    • Must maintain client confidentiality and be HIPPA trained
    • Must have strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
    • Exceptional problem solver, able to multi-task, and work under pressure
    • Utilize and revise business plans with knowledge of Labor and Billing operations
    • Basic computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Office Suite, and comfortable with technology changes
    • Must have the knowledge and comply with applicable healthcare laws and statutes (local, state, and or federal)


    Preferred Skills, Education, Certification, License, and/or Experience


    • Experience with Texas Medicaid Community Care Programs
    • Some college or vocational training desired
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish)


    Pay Range: $38k-$43k
