Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.
Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, and payroll.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
- Oversee phone systems and ensure proper routing of calls
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Google Management (Docs and Sheets)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
