We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Logan, OH. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise office staff
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and replenished as needed
• Manage office budget and expenses
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Assist with HR functions, such as recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Provide administrative support to upper management as needed
• Covering for call offs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Strong leadership and management skill
• Must have experience in office setting and medical background   
• STNA, Medical Assistant highly recommended
