Englewood Law Firm with an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant/File Intake Clerk for a full-time position. Two (2) years of experience working as a legal assistant is required for this position. An ideal candidate would be credentialed as a Florida Certified Paralegal (FCP), or a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. Litigation experience is a plus. We are a growing, service-oriented, and busy law firm looking for someone to add to our team long-term. Our team functions like a family being a small practice and we want the right personality to add to our current dynamic. We are looking for someone who can multitask, has the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced law firm using the latest technology. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Client Management/Case Management Software, experience with PCLaw would be helpful. Compensation commensurate with experience and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
