We are currently looking for a Front Desk Supervisor.
Principle Responsibilities/Position Purpose:
Provides ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND GRACIOUS assistance to all Guests and fellow employees and maintains this level of service at all times. Accommodates the Guests' needs by providing personalized and individual assistance in arranging required services to ensure a positive Guest experience. Initiates friendly conversation with Guests and responds to all Guests' questions/problems/needs quickly and efficiently taking personal responsibility to meet or exceed Guest expectations. Scheduled as a Manager on duty on shifts.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
