Position Responsibilities:
Ticket Office Assistants assist the full
time ticket office staff in several key functions, including daily office
procedures and game day functions. They assist with phone, window, and mail
orders for all athletic ticketed events. They may work independently or as a member
of a team. Ticket Office Assistants work under limited supervision, making
complex decisions independently and referring unprecedented issues to an
upper-level manager. They typically report directly to a supervisor.
- Sell tickets and manage and distribute
will call
- Assist with all athletic ticketed
events using Paciolan software
- Assist with game day ticketing
- Provide a high level of customer
service to donors, ticket holders, and the general public
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of PC operations and software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Adherence to all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Paciolan software experience or related ticket system preferred.
