This key team member will focus on creating memorable experiences for fans and their families. The club will provide this team member with the necessary tools to succeed and deliver on our high expectations entering our third season at the outstanding Polar Park.Role and Responsibilities:
- “SELL, SELL, SELL,” reaching out to Worcester Red Sox fans to offer them the best ticket plan / group experience that fits their needs.
- Relentlessly call and follow up with sales leads.
- Input call data into Score CRM to maximize the team’s sales efforts
- Actively prospect new ticket sales opportunities
- Develop creative strategies to increase ticket sales
- Provide unmatched customer service leading up to and following a group’s event at Polar Park
- Complete a thorough training featuring “Ultimate Toolkit” principles
- Consistently exceed sales activity goals
- Meet and exceed personal ticket sales goals
- Process sales through Tickets.com and DocuSign
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Characteristics:- Outstanding, positive attitude
- Self-starter with a desire to succeed
- Aspiration to consistently improve sales skills and process
- Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership skills
- Willing to work nontraditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Aptitude to fully understand Score CRM, Tickets.com, DocuSign and MS Office programs
- Ability to prioritize workload while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:- Bilingual, multilingual, and/or fluent in ASL
