Full Time - Day Shift - Starting wage $17-20 and up D.O.E. - 2 year experience preferred

Primary Purpose

As an integral part of our Shipping team, you will be responsible to complete the delivery to our customer. The position manages the daily shipping and distribution operations, ensuring completed orders are shipped and delivered promptly. This includes the completion of shipping paperwork and other data system requirements (sign-off sheets, checklists, etc.) to ensure that all deliveries and service requirements are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of customer orders from preparation to shipment.
• Inspect orders to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
• Properly package and down stack parts and products to protect from damage.
• Prepare accurate paperwork for shipment, and resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Ability to build pallets, crates, and other materials to meet customer shipping requirements.
• Ability to work as a team member and maintain working relationships with transportation representatives, vendors, and suppliers.
• Able to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from coworkers, department leads, and supervisors.
• Comply with all ISO and GK company quality standards.
