May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Title Examiner is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Have a working knowledge of title insurance issuance.
- Execute daily time sensitive deadlines
- Prepare Deeds
- Scheduling closings
- Obtain all required signatures, initials, etc. at Closings
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Qualia
