Title REsource Agency, a fast-growing Title Agency is seeking a Full-Time, Escrow Officer/Closer in our Plainwell location.

Responsibilities:

• Order and calculate payoffs, taxes, and water bills
• Prepare necessary documents for closing
• Conduct real estate escrow signings
• Disburse and complete post-closing tasks

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior industry experience or related mortgage/real estate experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills
• Work well in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive can do attitude
• Ability to multi task
• Reliability is a MUST
