As we continue to expand, we are searching for a Title Specialist to join our amazing team!This position is primarily responsible for securing the credit union’s interest on collateralized loans. This position will also answer Loan Support Operations questions for both internal and external members.
What you will be doing:- Prepare title documentation for lien filing on new collateralized loans.
- Release title to appropriate party when loan is paid in full.
- Pull and work closed loan report.
- Process payoffs from dealerships and financial institutions.
- Manage title service events.
- Conduct outbound calls to members to advise on documentation requirements for collateralized loans.
- Help branch staff in executing documentation for title purposes.
- Work with all county clerks, BMVs, DMVs and ELT system for proper lien filing.
- Work with insurance companies for total loss settlements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include:- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to accurately record title information on the data system.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, oral, and written.
